1981 James Hoban White House Architect 20 cent stamps issued Oct. 13, 1981. Plate block of 20 stamps ($4.00 face value). Scott Catalog Number 1936. Stamps have been wrapped in "Sarah Wrap" to protect the gum backing. It can be easily removed.
