It is new, but has no box or parts and pieces may be missing from original complete set. The item has not been played with or displayed, just leftovers after incident. What you see is what you get!!
These accessories came from the original series by Mattel of "The Littles" and the 3 piece cast iron cooking set including coffee pot, pan and lit was originally part of model # 1794, packaged with the sink stove combination. These tiny pieces will appeal to miniature doll collectors that use a half inch ½ scale. The pieces are interesting and are finely detailed, some with additional accessories.

Background Information The Mattel Littles series first brought out on the heels of the Kiddle revolution. The dolls are about the same size in height as kiddles were, but these were generally known for their BIG HEADS and teeny tiny bodies! Similar to Blythe dolls. And they are fully jointed. Unfortunately for collectors, the series was only in production for about 2 years. In 1981 the Mattel Catalog featured some additional pieces available to the doll house and this was one of those pieces. Full catalog photo follows for your perusal. Red dots indicate new for that year (ie. 1981) and include Kenny, Becky, China Cupboard, Piano, and Porch Swing. All available on other auctions. 
Discover the BIG world of the Littles Family. This included a Large Victorian sytle 2 story house ala Mary Poppins and had sturdy die-cast metal and plastic furniture. Most had moving parts.
