Yes, I know that factory unlocked phones are supposed to work on other networks, but in my testing I found out that for some reason this one does not work well on T-mobile. I even sent it back to Samsung for repair and they sent it back and said that there was nothing wrong with the device.  Maybe it's just the T-mobile network in the area. I have no idea. The phone is in very good condition with very minor  signs of use in the form of those very tiny scratches on the back that phones pick up from normal everyday use .
