New from a factory sealed package. Package opened for auction photo only. Never used. Will test up to 1000 volts ac or dc by simply turning the selector switch. Also tests for mA and Ohms. Two plug-in testing leads included (red and black). Unscrew the back and add a AA battery, it also becomes a continuity tester in addition to all the other functions. Photo is generic.
