Return PolicyReturn requests are only allowed due to postal damage under first class mail rates. If the item was sent with priority mail then it is up to the customer to file a claim with the post office using the covered insurance as any priority mail is insured(this applies to metal signs). If the item is damaged I require a picture of the damaged item as proof for my records.
