Power Supply is included and multitested for voltage. Photo is generic. Modem looks good. Minor scratches. No cracks or broken parts. When plugged in, the MINI Westell modem power light comes on. No other testing possible. This same Westell model  is used by Bellsouth and Verizom and is simple to set up. Includes all cables shown in photo: DSL phone cord, ac PSU, ethernet (internet) cord, USB cable and wall mount bracket. (cable color may vary).
