Any products that are dead on arrival (incorrect usage excluded) within 30 days after shipment.
In such a case, please kindly provide the following proof:
-Front and back photos of original package
-Photos or video of the defective item(s)
-Photos, video or screenshot showing malfunction of the defective item(s)
Return shipping fees reimbursement is and only will be available if:
-items returned by ordinary mail (the least expensive way) with a tracking number. If a tracking number costs more, you may choose to not have a tracking number.
Please make sure to keep shipping receipt after returning the item.
-Return shipping fee is less than USD$40. If return shipping exceeds the above amount, please contact me to confirm.
We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in the best condition. If your product (only for items without Special Warranty terms in the product description and physical damage or incorrect use excluded) turns out to be defective:
Within 90 days from date of shipment: Refunded or replaced for free. Customer resposible for return shipping. Return shipping by ordinary mail with tracking. (if tracking costs more, you may choose to not include tracking) Return Shipping Reimbursement is 35% of the cost of the item up to a maximum of USD$40.
After 90 days but within 150 days from date of shipment: Replaced only. Return shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Replacement will be shipped with shipping covered.
After 150 days but within 365 days: Item will be forwarded to the factory for repairs. Customer will be responsible for shipping both ways, Any costs incurred during the process will also be at the customer's expense.
After 365 days: No refund or replacement will be available after this time.
Please provide the following proof in this case:
Photos of the front and back of the packaging, envelope or box
Partial shipment slips (if applicable)
Photo, video, screenshot, or description of the defective item
Photo, video, screenshot, or description of the defect or defective area

Incorrect item received
If the item received is completely different from what you ordered, Please contact me and provide picture proof of the error.
If you are able to find a use for the item and prefer to keep it, we may be able to offer you a discount for buying it. Please contact me and let me know if this is the case.
If return is necessary, replacement and shipping reimbursement will be provided to you. Please make sure the item is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition it was received.
Due to the fact that different batches of the same product may be supplied, the logo or packaging received may vary from ones displayed in the auction. Please understand that if the appearance and all functions of the product matches its description, then the item is not categories as incorrect,
If for any other reason you are unsatisfied with the item, you may return it within 10 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Return of Underwear and Bras
Due to personal hygiene considerations, We do not accept returns of underwear and/or bras except for quality issues. All quality issues must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Issues due to size and product not matching description will not be accepted. Please be sure of sizing before purchase.
* If your product is dead on arrival and the package takes longer (more than 30 days) to reach you, please contact us and offer proof of the delivery date within 5 days, we will then process for you according to the policy.
