Looks like new. Power Supply cord is included (a $10. value all by itself). Multitester tested for voltage. Power light comes on when plugged in. D-Link DCM201 cable modem. Includes all cables shown in auction photo - ac power, USB cord, ethernet cable (cable color may vary). No disc or other accessories. Software can be downloaded online.
