All loose items are shipped in bubble mailers or boxes, depending on the needs. We do our best to make sure items are not damaged in transit. International shipping available, tracking included on all orders.

We keep all our inventory on hand, in a smoke/pet free warehouse environment. Items may have an amount of dust/sticker residue on them, though we do our best to clean them prior to listing.
Q. Why is the shipping estimate so long?
A. While we usually ship within a few days, we have a long shipping window as a cushion, should anything go wrong, like the weather or not having a right sized box or things of that nature. If you need something by a certain day, we can generally make that happen.
Q. Can I get a discount on shipping if I don't care how long it take to arrive?
A. No. We make a point to ship everything as cheaply as possible with delivery confirmation/tracking. There is no "pay less and it takes longer" option
Q. Can I get free shipping?
A. No. "Free shipping" just means the seller is masking the shipping cost by adding it to the cost of the item, charging you for shipping anyway. If you're only buying one of something, this doesn't really matter, but if you're buying multiple items, it is relevant.
Q. How much will this cost to ship to X?
A. Shipping is calculated automatically by Ebay. If it doesn't, there's a nice little calcultor ebay has that will calculate it for you.
Q. Do you offer combined shipping?
A. Yes. Shipping should combine automatically in your cart. That being said, Ebay can be finicky, and it doesn't always work. You can "make an offer" on each item, and after accepting, we can send an invoice. You can also send a message for an estimate. If you are buying Media and Non-Media items, it might be cheaper to make separate orders.
Q. Can you open an item so I can pay less for shipping?
A. We'd prefer not to. If we are going to open the item, we won't take this into consideration when you make an offer.
Q. Why do you use stock photos?
A. We process a LOT of stuff. Often, we process multiple of the same item in the same condition. It saves a ton of time to not have to take pictures of every single item. If the item is in significantly better or worse condition than the pictures we already have, we just make a new listing.
Q. Why won't you accept my offer?
A. Either your offer isn't high enough or you're being annoying. We get you're trying to get a deal, but we've got bills to pay
