The new automatic media management feature provides automated media rotation media pooling and more. Cheyenne Disaster Recovery provides unparalleled server protection locally as well as from a remote network server. The optional Tape Library or Optical Library modules enhance an automated backup scheme. In addition to the built-in data migration feature which manages up to 10GB of data, the Data Migration Option provides automated management of disk capacity and is completely integrated into ARCserve, resulting in a complete storage management solution. Application agents provide backup of Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Server, Informix, OpenIngres, SAP R/3, Microsoft Exchange Server and Lotus Notes.
