Sellers: How to use Google Checkout to accept auction or sales payments
Instructions
UniSquare also offers Google Checkout as an alternative payment method to PayPal. This is a popular payment option used by many merchants as well as buyers.
If you are a seller, you can integrate Google Checkout into your store or normal selling account here at UniSquare.com by inputting your Merchant ID and Merchant Key. These two pieces of information are given to you at Google. First, you must register an account with UniSquare before moving on to the next steps.
Step 1: If you haven't already, you must create a Merchant Account at Google Checkout: https://checkout.google.com/sell/signup.
Step 2: Next, you must find your Merchant ID (15 digit number) and Merchant Key (22 alphanumeric characters) found at the following url:
https://checkout.google.com/sell/settings?section=Integration.
Step 3: Now that you have your Merchant ID and Merchant Key, log into your UniSquare account. Then click My Square >> Account tab >> Edit in the "Google Checkout Details" section. Likewise, you can also enter these numbers on the listing page while listing an item for sale and choosing your payment method.
That's it! Your Google Checkout account should now be configured and ready to accept payments using this method.
